Our hotel revenue management team lead each hotel’s revenue strategy to ensure they maximise opportunities and ensure there is a complete process and procedure compliance. Our revenue team’s goal is to attract the right guest, at the right time through the most profitable channel. With our effective revenue management strategy, we are able to drive bookings during low demand periods, while capitalising on high demand during peak periods.

In addition, we also have an exclusive partnership with Marco Pierre White where we own the franchise rights to five of his restaurant brands. This creates an opportunity to re-brand the hotel restaurant, turning it into a MPW destination restaurant.

We currently have many MPW branded restaurants in hotels across the UK, all of which have increased sales, revenue and profitability. The results show how the MPW brand attracts hotel guests and external diners to create busy, profitable dining spaces.

Black and White Hospitality Management offers centralised procurement benefiting from negotiated prices with over 50 local and national suppliers, covering all procurement needs including food, beverage, operating supplies and laundry.

We complete regular comparison exercises to ensure we continue to purchase at the best possible rates, maximising profitability for all our properties.

By working closely with each individual property, we can ensure they are taking advantage of the best deals available to them.

Also, available to BWHM customers is a market leading E-Procurement/Purchase to pay platform, where we have negotiated a reduced fee exclusively for BWHM customers and can offer support with setup and ongoing management.
