Marco Pierre White Restaurants enjoys record Valentine’s Day

Romance was certainly in the air across the Marco Pierre White Restaurants estate which has reported record covers for Valentine’s Day. In comparison to 2024, the UK-wide franchise restaurant group which includes its Steakhouse, New York Italian and Chophouse brands, recorded a 24 per cent increase on its 14 February covers. During the four-day ‘Valentine’s’ period, covers were also up 16 per cent in comparison to the same period in 2024. Details on the group’s Valentine’s Day success follows news that it also enjoyed its best-ever January.
