Located in a brand-new, 144-bedroom Holiday Inn hotel, the 90-cover restaurant, which is a Marco’s New York Italian, follows an agreement between Blackpool Council and Black and White Hospitality, which is the franchising arm of Pierre White’s restaurant business.

Inspired by Pierre White’s Italian heritage and love for New York and passion for classic, simple, authentic food, guests will now be able to enjoy a mix of Italian-inspired dishes and American classics including a range of pizzas, burgers, steaks and pastas.

Nick Taplin, Chairman and CEO of Black and White Hospitality said: “We’re delighted that this latest New York Italian is now open. Interest in the build up to opening has been unlike anything we’ve experienced before so we’re expecting Blackpool to be incredibly busy.
